Lighting in Other Places - Obsession
When I think of obsession, I think of very saturated colours in a very isolated area. I think of a single spotlight, or a powerful saturate boom top, something that really isolates the subject from it's surroundings. Obsession is being disconnected from ones surroundings and very focused on the target. That's why when I saw my garden that I used for love at night time, I immediately thought of obsession. Obsession is love gone wrong. It seems fitting that the same subject I used for love warped into a sinister, disconnected version of itself. I just love the under light on the leaves. It really indicates intense focus, and an overall obsessive vibe.

There is a very stark contrast in the light and dark areas of this photo! This garden lit differently definitely has an overpowering and slightly off-putting vibe, which is very in tune with obsession. The plants do seem to be isolated in very intense light. Nice
