Photons Falling

I usually take more complex photos, but this shot really represented the lighting elements.

I was walking around the District and saw this wall and really paralleled it to the culmination of lighting. I originally envisioned a rock climber going up the rock wall, but then realized that light was falling down the rock wall. The rock wall has ridges we notice because of the light coming in at a tip angle across the rocks, this gives it texture as well. The warm color of the light gives it a comfortable atmosphere. The bricks jet out and even give the us a pace to look down the wall. The gradient intensity helps bring a source to the rock wall, maybe it is the sun?! The entire sculpture is a scene and has story and character because of light.
